Description
Staroxy 101 is a low solvent containing, penetrating primer for old and new concrete. Used as a primer for epoxy mortar and coatings, either containing or free of solvents, it can be used as curing compound and concrete sealer.

Advantages:
Staroxy 101 has an excellent bonding on old & new concrete. Coated concrete with Staroxy 101 are resistant to mineral oil, petrol and dicing salts. The abrasion resistance of the surface is increased. It is used as curing compound and at the same time protects fresh concrete against aggressive industrial fumes.

Direction of Use
Surface preparation: Surfaces to be coated must be degreased, clean, dry and contamination free prior to Staroxy 101 application. New concrete should be at least 28 days age, if Staroxy 101 is used as a primer for subsequent coats or sealer.
Mixing: Material must be mixed according to the mixing ratio. It is advisable to prepare time by time the suitable quantity to be applied in two hours (at 20 - 25 ??C).
Method of application: Staroxy 101 can be applied by brush, roller, conventional and airless spray equipment.
Cleaning: For cleaning tools and equipment use a suitable thinner.

STAROXY RO 60It is a two-pack amine-adduct cured epoxy primer designed for use as a high-performance primer for many types of surfaces i.e. aluminum, galvanizing, steelwork, concrete, GRP and phenolic sheeting. Epoxy Zinc Primer This is a two-component amine cured epoxy coating. It is a micaceous iron oxide (MIO) pigmented, high solids, high build product. Designed as a mid-coat in systems for new construction in atmospheric environments. Suitable in approved coating systems. Suitable for structural steel and piping to be exposed to highly corrosive environments, C5I or C5M (ISO 12944-2). Recommended for offshore environments, refineries, power plants, bridges, buildings and mining equipment.
